Children's India - International Children's Film Festival

Children’s India is a non-profit organization that took off successfully in 2005. It is a forum for films, education and allied activities, focusing on producing creative and interesting programmes for children.

Children’s India is a subset organization formed by the trust of Sankranti Education and Charitable Trust. It believes in empowering and exposing young minds to theatre, performing arts, training workshops on animation and various other creative pursuits.

Five years since inception, Children’s India has diversified its activities and spread its presence from Bengaluru to different parts of Karnataka. The goal is not confined to screening films, but to find a permanent children’s Multifaceted Entertainment Centre.

Our humble efforts have won us international acclaim. Children’s India was recently honoured by the Canadian Government in appreciation for organizing the Children’s India Film Festival 2008 at Toronto.
